Who are we really?
We are not who we think we are. We are not our story. We are not this vessel of our physical body. We are not our identity nor our personality, nor our thoughts or emotions. We are not that which eons and eons of conditioning has taught us to believe we are. So who are we really?
I invite you for five minutes to stop the search. Sit in silence and observe but don't follow any thoughts. Imagine you are a glass of sea water. Allow the sand to settle to the bottom and the water to clear.
Then read whichever posts draw your attention. And see.
When you awaken to your true nature, you realize it has been waiting for you all along.
